I have a dual Masters of Design and MBA degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, Institute of Design (ID). ID is known for fostering human-centered design thinking through rigorous use of methods and frameworks. After 10 years in visual design, I went to ID to understand user needs and learn the skill sets needed to conduct, plan, strategize, and design for better human experience. I’m capable of translating findings into actionable insights, turning design principles into concrete concepts, prototyping ideas with agility, and conveying solutions through storytelling.
