A 3 week immersion research project based in São Paulo, a collaboration between a group of 10 Institute of Design students and the client team from Itaú's Innovation Center. The project aims to develop new business opportunity for the future of banking in Brazil. Our team identified conflicting gaps in the current business model and developed a platform concept with roadmap for implementation.
Approach: interviewed 18 internal and external stakeholders (senior executives and bank employees from various function/department, customers, and other experts).
